Day 2: Meaning Behind Blog Name

This is pretty simple which is a good thing because Emma had her two month check up today and is miss fussy pants because of her shots. Poor thing!

I decided to start a blog once I learned that I was pregnant with our first child. I wanted to document my pregnancy, week by week. Well, that never happened! I was so consumed with my job as a teacher when I first found out I was pregnant. By the time summer came around, I forgot about my idea and instead spent my time enjoying my pregnancy while I felt good! Then fall came, and I was just too darn uncomfortable with my gigantic belly to want to start a blog. Fast forward to January 2011 and here I am...finally! The meaning behind my blog name is simple. "And Then There Were Three" came about because my family consisted of just my husband and I, and then came little Emma - the third piece of our little puzzle. I'll have to change the name eventually, once the next little one comes along. Relax....I'm not planning on the next one for at least 2-3 years! :-)
